All-on-4治療は比較的新しい治療であり、Dr. Paulo Malo とノーベルバイオケア社が共同で作製した利用が可能な骨を最大限活用するための画期的なソリューションです。1歯に対して1本のインプラントではなく、4本のインプラントを土台に片顎の欠損歯列の補綴治療を行うというコンセプトの治療です。即時荷重のため、処置当日にプロビジョナルレストレーションを装着し、咀嚼が可能となります。また、骨造成も不要です。All-on-4からたくさんの恩恵を受けることが可能ですが、プランニングが疎かであれば患者様に多大な負担をかけてしまうこととなります。当協会は、共にAll-on-4、ザイゴマインプラントを研究し切磋琢磨することで、日々の臨床へ還元することを目標としおります。

All-on-4 is a relatively new concept of treatment which involves using four dental implants to reconstruct full-arch. All-on-4 was invented by Dr. Paulo Malo and Nobel Biocare. Fixed provisional bridge will be set on the day of the treatment. In addition, bone grafting is not necessary. There are many benefits from this treatment for both patients and dental surgeons, however, if it is not properly planned, it will lead to a serious consequence. Therefore, our goal is to study and pursuit the possibility of All-on-4 and zygomatic implant.
